Welcome to the UMS Wright Website!
UMS-Wright is an independent college preparatory school with a pre-school through twelfth grade curriculum designed to meet the requirements of any college or university a child chooses to attend. UMS-Wright maintains high standards of discipline coupled with individual guidance evolving from the warm personal relationship between students and teachers which has become a hallmark of this school. In every phase of school activity, a strong effort is made to instill in each student the ideals of honor and integrity. We firmly believe that the values on which this school was founded, the standards by which we teach and counsel, and the goals for which we strive enable UMS-Wright to continue developing capable young people with a sense of responsibility and respect for themselves and their fellow man.
UMS-Wright is one of three schools in Alabama that has been designated as a Cum Laude school. Montgomery Academy and Randolph School are the other two Cum Laude schools in Alabama.
