Arts Spotlights

The UMS-Wright Marching Bulldog Band is gearing up for the fall football season.  During band camp last week they began marking the new drill.  This year's show includes the tango hit "Hernando's Hideaway" and "America" from West Side Story.  Under the direction of Drum Major Thomas Wilson and the leadership of Lauren Buerger, the band will take to the field August 27 for the opening game of the season, UMS-Wright Bulldogs vs. McGill-Toolen Yellow Jackets.  CenterStage will sing the National Anthem.  Go Bulldogs!
