Library Media Center

The UMS-Wright Library Media Center serves a variety of functions as a learning commons and supports the Middle and Upper School curricula in a variety of ways. The center offers a variety of learning opportunities for both research and collaborative projects. Students are given opportunities to master tools to hone their creative efforts and technological skills. As individuals or groups, students may read, collaborate, access digital resources, and receive additional academic support. As students receive excellent instruction in each academic class, the media center further extends that guidance for effectively integrating technology and supplementing 21st century instructional strategies to advance students as critical thinkers, ambitious readers, skilled researchers, and ethical users of information while encouraging creativity and innovation.
